We do not allow refunds, returns, or exchanges. Although if there is a damaged product or if the product becomes lost in shipment, please feel free to email me at [email protected] to discuss refunds.
How do PREORDERS work?
Items that are on PREORDER will have it indicated in the product title. Preorder items usually ship in 1-2 months.
If you purchase an in stock item AND a preorder item, they will ship together with the preorder item in 1-2 months instead of in 1-2 weeks
If you would like the in-stock item to be shipped earlier, please make two separate purchases
